Local Geelong Folk songstress Rach Brennan, strives to create something that resonates and connects with all listeners, whether performing solo or when joined by her lively band of lads.
The 24-year-old singer songwriter echo’s her fathers Irish sing-alongs with playful and percussive based ditties that have audiences on their feet.
Releasing two EP’s in 2014, ‘Chasing the Sun’ and ‘Don’t Watch Me Go’, Rach was awarded with The Geelong Folk Club’s Rick Merrigan Award and Torrent This’s Female Artist of the Year award.
Having played festivals including Queenscliff Music Festival in both 2015 & 2016, Apollo Bay Music Fest and Port Fairy Folk Festival, Rach toured throughout South Australia and Tasmania before taking her music to the UK and Europe twice in 2015, sharing her passion through intimate and engaging performances.
Narana is looking forward to welcoming Rach for her first outing on the Boomerang Stage.
